See eg: http://data1.gfdl.noaa.gov/ Simulations submitted to MAREMIP: Historical Concentration: 1985-2005 RCP8.5 Concentration : 2006-2100 The CMIP5 data were remapped from MOM4p1 horizontal resolution to 1x1 (eg Levitus) grid for MAREMIP. Vertical resolution was unchanged. Variables were renamed from CMIP5 conventions to follow MAREMIP (short-name) conventions. Units also follow MAREMIP conventions, except as noted below. In particular: RNFIX is 2-D in CMIP5 unit of mol/m2/s (not 3-D, mol/m3/s as indicated on spreadsheet) SFFE, EXPCACO3 and EXPSI are in CMIP5 units of mol/m2/s (not mol/m3/s as indicated on spreadsheet) NOTE: Grid variables volcello (GRIDVOL) and thkcello (GRIDDEPTH), as well as ocean variable hfds (QTOT) are not available in GFDL CMIP5 output.
