_______________________________________________________________ TITLE: AtlantECO [WP2] - MetaG dataset - genomic data silo _______________________________________________________________ 1.- INTRODUCTION This table contains the counts of 18 genes based on KEGG orthologs (KOs) representative of Nitrogen metabolisms of 451 samples corresponding to the 0.2 to 3 µm size fraction from the AtlantECO metaG database V2.0 The samples were taken during the following oceanographic expeditions: * Țara Ocean * Malaspina * OSD 14 * bioGEOTRACER * Anaconda 2.- METHODOLOGY USED The raw sequences were analyzed using the 5.0 version of MGnify’s pipeline. For each samples, functional tables contained the abundance of KOs were downloaded from MGnify and joined in a single table. A second table was generated discarding samples with abundance <10,000 reads. This table was normalized to an equal sampling depth (10294 reads) to generate the final table.
